Inscriptions Typed on applied label on mount recto, BC: Harlem, though almost entirely Pretestant, is extremely \ tolerant of all religions. This mystic is not an American \ Negro. He probably combines a more patently oriental \ religion than Christianity into his religious synthesis. \ He did not want his picture taken because, "Intelligence \ is not spelled right and it isn't in the dictionary."
Typed on applied label on mount recto, BRC: Corsini
Inscribed in pencil on mount verso (Aaron Siskind's hand): Corsini \ 6 \ Rel 6
