is concerned, it is universally acknowledged to be the finest city in
the world. It is best seen from the Seraskier's Tower, which commands
a view of the Seraglio and its extensive inclosure towards the east,
the Sea of Marmora towards the south, and the noble harbour of the
Golden Horn towards the north."
