Inscribed in black ink on mount, L and R: B. 41 The Toledo or Via Roma is main artery of traffic in Naples \ and presents a busy scene at all hours. It intersects the city from S. to N. \ nearly a straight line from the Largo del Palazzo to the Museo \ Nazionale. Between noon on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday no \ carriage are allowed in the Toledo. The monument of Carlo Poerio \ erected in 1877.
