(applied typed label) "W-155. Maurice. Five years old, four years a
refugee. When he was a year old, his father went to war and the rest
of the family became exiles. He now lives in a corrugated iron hut on
the site of their former home at Equancourt, France, between Peronne
and Cambrai. Two hundred of the seven hundred people of the village
were back and all were living in improvised shelters."
