the helmet of Coast Guardsman Charles W. Tyner, fireman first class,
of Portsmouth, VA. It was one of those things. Tyner received only a
'superficial scratch.' It happened in the invasion of Southern France,
went Tyner, a Coast Guard invader, hit the beach from a Coast Guard-
