DescriptionAlbum contains commercially made albumen photographs, most in horizontal format, approximately 11 x 18.5 cm., attached 2 per page in a notebook. There is a hand-written index of all of the images at the beginning of the album. There are several images of the Santa Barbara mission, both interior and exterior and a 2- part panorama of Santa Barbara CA, as well as single images of street scene in Pasadena and in Santa Fe, and several views of canyons and gorges in Colorado. In addition, there are series of small lithographs (made from photographs) of Salt Lake City (6) and Niagara Falls (27) and another series of 10 one-half stereos of the Garden of the Gods in Colorado. Album is in fair-poor condition, pages quite brittle. Notebook cover is marbleized paper.
