DescriptionAlbum of cabinet card studio portraits, many produced by W.H. Ernsberger's Photo Parlors, Auburn, NY, housed in pre-cut slots (two are loose or added to the album by association). All are portraits of men posed in full regalia from an unidentified area Knights Templar Commandery, perhaps Auburn New York. Included are 3/4 length and head and shoulder poses, many photographed in profile to show the large plumed hats to advantage. First photo in the album is a copy of a painting of a Masonic officer. Album is in fair condition, chromolithograph title page.
