printed in ink on verso: GOODWILL WATER BOY----While waiting his turn for medical treatment/ this young Okinawa lad put his time to good use by carrying water/ for the other natives. His younger companions tag along with/ him. He carried the water from a point near Kim, Okinawa, where/ the homeless natives are brought by Marines, for medical/ treatment and assignment to shelter./
