Inscriptions recto (printed): Chicago Daily Tribune / The World's Greatest Newspaper / Reproduced here is the first news color photograph ever transmitted by radio for publication. It shows (left to right) Prime Minister Atlee, President Truman, and Premier Stalin at Potsdam, Germany. It was at this meeting that President Truman sought Russia's entrance into the war with Japan, bringing about yesterday's declaration of war by the Soviet Union.
