Entry 588 in Mackay's notebook (located in library): Brown 3x4 hard rubber case with insignia of “Order of the Garter” on each cover. Traded with Mrs. Labhard for #518. It contains unusual brass mat with miniature oval opening, and Entire daguerreotype taken from earlier miniature of pretty child. Taken by Atkins. Worth 6 or 7$.
