Overall: 9.4 x 13.3 x 3 cm (3 11/16 x 5 1/4 x 1 3/16 in.)
Gift of Joseph R. Struble, 2011
DescriptionBlue fabric-covered "accordian style" album containing 19 gelatin silver snapshots. The small, rectangular album can be unfolded and viewed from either short end, revealing 13 black and white images, mounted 1 per page when opened from the right, and 6 images from a left-opened viewing. The album can also be laid out end-to-end. The photographs document leisure activities of Albert R. Koch (1915-2008) with friends, at a beach and at Stoney Brook Park near Dansville NY, including poses with his girlfriend, Marion Burgett. There are also two images of the front of the house at 1840 Ridge Rd. East in Rochester, at the time the numbering was changing (from number 1900). Mrs. John Woerner, his aunt, is seen standing outside her home. The album is in very good condition.
