Description9 x 12 cm folding plate camera with 13.5 cm f/4.5 Optar 03 lens, serial #272363. The Fotokor is Russian copy of typical German plate cameras such as Ica Ideal. The Fotokor (ФОТОКОР) name literally translates to photo-correspondent or photojournalist.
