A group of Chechen women stand in Grozny's main square. The prime minister, Ramzan Kadykrov has renovated the square in honour of his father, Akhmad Kadyrov, assassinated in 2004 by Chechen separatists. Ramzan is also overseeing
the gradual reconstruction of the centre of Grozny.
