Sergei and Kostya Akshentsv, Yekaterinburg

Sergei Akshentsv and his son Kostya plunge into a freezing lake having just taken a banya, the Russian equivalent of a sauna and a common daily ritual. When the heats begin to feel uncomfortable it is customary to jump into a lake or plunge pool.
