Russian State Duma, Moscow

On the edge of Red Square, overlooked by the Russian State Duma, a new hotel is being built. It is here, near the site of the Kremlin, that Yury Dolgurky, Prince of Suzdal, is recorded as giving a feast in 1147, which marked the founding of the

city of Moscow.
