Devin’s mom claims to be addicted to Mountain Dew, a soda that contains 22 teaspoons of sugar per 16 oz. bottle.

Her doctor told her that she must stop consuming such large quantities of the soda or the acid reflux that she had developed from it, could spread to her uterus and cause sterility. She was 16-years old at the time.

In Devin’s neighborhood, Mountain Dew is called “crack juice.”
