The cradle accepts camcorder and a tuner/timer module.

Loosen the Eye Adjustment Thumb Screw and slide the viewfinder to the right. 2. Slide back Viewfinder Latch and rotate clockwise to the stored position. Eye Adjustment Thumb Screw, Viewfinder Latch, VIEWFINDER IN USE POSITION, VIEWFINDER IN STORED POSITION, 3. Put on lens cap and remove shoulder strap. 4. Position the CAMCORDER on the rear shelf of the open CRADLE and plug in the 18 PIN connector. 5. Rotate the CAMCORDER down and lay it flat in the CRADLE. 6. Place the CAMCORDER in the following operating mode. STANDBY, OPERATE, PLAYBACK, CAMERA, CRADLE, POWER, OFF, ON, 7. Before closing the CRADLE cover, check to see that the sliding door is completely open. WARNING DO NOT REMOVE THE CAMCORDER FROM THE CRADLE WHEN THE 18 PIN CONNECTOR IS ATTACHED TO IT.
