Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Dr...Mueller, Dr. of German Speaking Work for the Board of Home Missions and Church Extension of the M.E. Church, Wesley Bldg., 17th & Arch Sts., Phila.,Pa. The first six floors were offices of the Board with the entrance on the 17th Street side while the upper floors were built for the Robert Morris Hotel with entrance on Arch Street. The hotel was formerly The Little Hotel Wilmot on South Penn Square. The Bell Telephone Co. tried to get the Board to build the upper floors for them. Dr. Mueller is standing on the porch of a friend in Honolulu. Taken after 1926.
