Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Some of this set of prints of Phila., Pa. show buildings now torn down and changes such as "Lemon Hill, Fairmount Park - overlooking Schuylkill Navy, "before the Art Museum was built at the head of Benjamin Franklin Parkway, on the site of the old reservoir, (The foundation stone was quarried on the site.) - and North Broad Street. These prints were given out by the Singer Sewing Machine Co. during or in celebration of Founders Week in early autumn, Sept. or Oct. 1908.
