Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: The grave of William Hurry (by the flag) at Old Pine St. Presbyterian Church yard just west of 3rd & Pine St. Phila., Pa. This is just beyond the S.E..(back) corner of the church. He was the one who rang the Liberty Bell, to whom his grandson called up "ring, Grandpa, ring!" when the Declaration of Independence was signed. Taken by A. Thomas Nelson after 1921; perhaps about 1926.
