Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's home, taken by Jim Pitkin of Norwalk, Ohio, probably about 1926 on one of their many trips.
Taken with the impossible composition of a tree in dead center, which blocked out of the beautiful doorway as well: he got the sign of the Longfellow Home but it can not be read!
