Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Quiet surf, Atlantic City, N.J. on an October afternoon, rather late, showing the very end of one of the piers, lifeguard station, boat for launching and a few bathers as they were thinning out. Taken by A. Thomas Nelson about 1925. See print with end of pier at left, also the Lakewood Speedway for further information.
