Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Ice breaking up at Cleveland, Ohio, inside the breakwater, perhaps worse outside. Shows the "crib" (water purifier I think) and lighthouses in center distance. Taken by A. Thomas Nelson about 1917 or 1918.
