Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Probably a mountain scene near Pitman Center M.E. School and probably on the mountain of which a picture of the peak was taken later. Probably taken by A. Thomas Nelson 1921 to 1926 on one of his many trips there for movies and stills. Mr. Nelson once took a mountain peak for the purpose of making a drawing for one of their can labels, and made a charcoal drawing from it when he returned to Philadelphia, Pa. He always intended to take Mrs. Nelson on one of those rugged trips to get in to Pitman Center School but the idead did not mature in time. See print of the group of the buildings for further information.
