Inscriptions Typed in ink on slip of paper placed behind photograph: Stands near the finish line of the races at Havre de Grace, Md. Taken by A. Thomas Nelson about 1930 to 1932. Eddie Arcaro & Willie Shoemaker, young riders then, rode in the races held here at the time.
