TextThe FE2, like the FM2, was a compact-bodied, single-lens reflex (SLR) aimed at the serious amateur market. It was an aperture-preferred automatic camera, like the earlier Nikkormat EL, but built on a lighter more compact body. New feaetures included exposure compensation for plus or minus 2 stops, and double exposure capability (whch is useful on any auto-exposure camera).
