Inscriptions Inscribed on recto in black ink LB: So many times we made \ the subway trip from \ the Village to the Bronx \ to visit Grandma and \ Uncle Milton. I remember \ the delicious, steaming \ platefuls of food she \ made, which I devoured \ hungrily. Uncle Milton \ played marbles with me \ or catch. I even loved to \ hear all of you speaking \ Hungarian.
Inscribed on recto in black ink RB: As time passed the \ old neighborhood ran \ down and Uncle Milton \ moved to Queens. He \ takes his walks peacefully \ there, and sits in the \ park in the summer and \ reads the newspaper. The \ day he moved was a \ happy occasion. Aunt \ Gladyse, with the help of a \ little whiskey, did a \ dance with me around the new \ apartment.
