Inscriptions Typed in black ink on paper taped to verso and folded to recto BC: COMBAT READINESS for a wide range of U.S. Army vehicles is assured by the use of \ simplified test equipment (STE) built by RCA Automated Systems in Burlington, Mass. \ In this latest, expanded version of testing and diagnostic equipment already in use, \ an RCA filed mechanic uses a hand-held communicator attached to a portable STE unit \ to check one of the Army's new Bradley Fighting Vehicles. The tests and diagnoses \ cover the engine, stabilization system, gun system, TOW missile system and electrical \ power distribution systems. At right is and M-1 tank. It is also maintained with STE. \ -0-
