Inscriptions Printed on applied label on recto of mat, BC: Monte & Jay \ When people ask what it's like to live with HIV, I explain that it's like living with a roommate from \ hell. Some days you seem to be okay and able to work out your differences. Other days it drives \ you up a wall. The best I can do is to learn to co-exist with the virus. It's there, it's living with you, \ and it's not going to allow you to do everything you want, when you want, and how you want. It's \ going to rear its ugly head and remind you, at the most inopportune times, that you have AIDS. And \ having AIDS means your life is different. Jay, 1992
