Inscriptions Printed in image on recto, LC: (FX3) SAN FRANCISCO, NOV. 30 -- FEW TOOK NOTICE -- Judity Neilson, 23, \ (left), a journalism student at San Francisco State spent 16 \ minutes tied to a telephone pole on a busy residential district \ street as 110 cars passed before one stopped and a man asked if \ she were all right. Fellow student spent 15 minutes tied to a \ park bench in Union Square as 42 people passed him without off- \ ering assistance.
