Using a telephoto \ lens and a good camera angle, the photographer made it appear that the top of a building \ under construction in downtown Houston 4/30 was suspended in mid-air. The secret is that \ there is an all glass building between the other two and its reflection of the sky makes \ it appear transparent. ***HOUSTON POINTS OUT*** (UPI) rrb/JC-HP
