Inscriptions Entry 780 in Mackay's notebook (located in library): Very large (8x10) Civil War tintype. Full standing figure of young bugler. Sword hanging at side, canteen at other side. Solider in complete uniform, entirely tinted, including bugle, buttons & arms.
