On the left, riding one \ of the two ponies available to the retarded or "ex- \ ceptional" children, is an emotionally disturbed \ Negro child who comes from a home where fifteen \ people share two rooms. Youngest of the fifteen he \ had become withdrawn. Here he is riding and beginning \ to mix normally with other children.
