DescriptionPainted black, vaulted, 35mm, hand cranked, motion picture projector with projection lens, condensor lens, lamp house, arc lamp, two carbons, carbon feed levers, slide carrier frame, film gate adjustment lever, front slide rod and rear slide rod. The projector would have come with a take-up mechanism, rheostat, and idler mechanism. The projector accepts dual 400 foot reels.
Inscriptions Stamped in wood on base of projector: 543 / Inscribed in white on front of projector: 78:1674:67 / Engraved in silver on product label on front of projector: EDISON PROJECTING KINETOSCOPE. PATENTED BY THOMAS A. EDISON. MARCH 14, 1893. AUGUST 31, 1897. OTHER PATENTS PENDING. MANUFACTURED BY EDISON MFG. CO., ORANGE, N.J., U.S.A.
