This picture of the Marines going ashore at Iwo, Japanese Island which was/ invaded on February 19, was made by a Naval Photographer, who flew over the great/
armada of Navy and Coast Guard vessels in a Navy Search plane. The photograph/ was then flown back to the Island of Guam where it was transmitted by radio to/
San Francisco. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PRINT OF PICTURE SENT BY RADIO ON FEB. 19/
