TextOne component of a three part piece consisting of a large two-sided banner which is a taped patchwork of images razored from two copies of the 1982 edition of Beaumont Newhall's "The History of Photography"(The Museum of Modern Art, distributed by New York Graphic Society Books, Little Brown and Company, Boston), and the remaining pages of two bound books from which the images were removed. The whole is housed in a black valise.
