TextThe No. 4 Kodak was introduced in November 1889 and was supplied with enough film for 48 four-by-five-inch pictures. For the Columbian Exposition of 1893, the company marketed a special version of the No. 4, called the Columbus Kodak, which came loaded with a 250-exposure length of film. This No. 4 Kodak is one of several used by Lieutenant Robert E. Peary on his 1897 Greenland expedition. Original price: $50.
